Johan 1 Limited exists to create a sustainable livelihood, built on trust and community, and held together by our culture. We are not here to extract — we are here to tend, build, and return something better than we found it.
We are a small, growing company in Port Moresby. We are building the kind of organisation that people are proud to be part of — where every person who joins us is supported, developed, and treated with dignity.
Our approach is rooted in the traditions of this land. The Melanesian understanding that contribution, honesty, and community are not corporate values invented by a committee — they are the old way. The way our people have always lived.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman, or a senior Carpenter ready to step up. 5+ years on the tools, strong carpentry essential — framing, formwork, fix-out, finish. Experience leading a small crew, or proven readiness to lead. Read plans, set out work, finish to a high standard. Valid PNG Driver's Licence (Class 3 preferred). English and Tok Pisin.
